Natural Vapor Rub DIY for Coughs and Colds

Happy New Year! I hope you all enjoyed your holidays. I’m back at home – made it through my travel and limited internet unscathed. It was so wonderful to get to see and celebrate with my family. And the forced unplugging wasn’t too terrible either.

It’s a new year and one new thing I’m excited about for this year is becoming a contributing writer at Red and Honey. It was one of the very first blogs I started reading when I began my natural health and wellness journey back in 2011, so it really feels like a dream come true to be a part of their team.

For my first post I’ve got a Natural Vapor Rub DIY recipe for you and a few strategies for kicking a cold or other respiratory illnesses.

From the post:

Who needs fake fragrances and petroleum by-products when you can utilize the natural healing power of essential oils? You still get that same great scent. In fact, I think they smell even better.

Whether you are sick with a cold, sinusitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, or even dealing with chronic issues, this Natural Vapor Rub DIY should help relieve your symptoms and promote healing.

Get the recipe and read the rest at Red and Honey.

I’m a huge fan of bio and all natural products so I’ll pin this to remember. Essential oils and homeopathy are things we always have at home, thanks so much for sharing how to make it.

That’s what I love to hear, Pili! Hopefully you won’t have need to use it too much this winter, but it’ll be there when you do. 🙂
